The hard work was done by others, including outfit styling by Lauren Reyhani and makeup expertly applied by Katy Brody (even though I started twitching as soon as she sharpened her eyeliner pencil). My favourite look is the white suit at top right. Combined with the French plaits it's giving off a Liz-Lemon-dressed-as-Princess-Leia-vibe, don't you think?

On Saturday afternoon I had the pleasure of relieving Northern Quarter Oxfam Originals of an amazing bright red full length cape! The label spoke of little red riding hood but I was going for more of a King Arthur/Knights of the Round Table/Morgan Le Fay before she turns evil kind of a look! I wore it to a family party on Sunday and got some right looks walking through my home town at 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon, a bright red cape billowing behind me. But I love it. I can always find something unique in Oxfam Originals, and I'm so glad that I spent my £20 there instead of Cow or Blue Rinse etc because I know it's actually going to a good cause.
